Badger Mutual is an insurance company that hasbeen in business since 1887. They pride themselves on offering a premium employeeexperience along with effective and compassionate service for their clients. Badger Mutual has been given Top Work Places awards for multiple years in a row due to their high employee satisfaction. With employee well-being being a priority, they called on Forward Space to assist with furnishing and designing their new Milwaukee headquarters located just west of the Fiserv Forum Arena.
Badger Mutual wanted their new headquarters to have a modern and open layout that would encourage movement and collaboration within their team. Forward Space furnished their beautifully curated space with an array of Steelcase furniture including Steelcase’s Migration height-adjustable desks, High Density Storage Units and pieces from the Steelcase Flex line of furniture. The Flex line was built to be easily moved around, providing heightened flexibility for Badger Mutual’s team. Thread Power and Flex Mobile Power units enable their team to have power wherever they need it, making every corner of their new office a potential work space.
By building an office that empowers their employees to choose where and how they work, Forward Space was able create space that reflects and supports Badger Mutual’s core values.
