1) Project Setup Design

Electronic job folder created
Folder created houses all project information & acts as repository for all ongoing communication and status
Design, specification, & double check occur

2) Specification Processing

Order entry
PO / EDI process
Acknowledgement & order confirmation
Pre-schedule delivery

3) Pre-Installation

Monitor project status (i.e. notes, tasks, issues captured)
Installation plans created
Pre-Install review scheduled
Pre-Install meeting

4) Product Delivery

Product receipt (warehouse / job site)
Final schedule delivery
Prepare delivery packet (project summary sheet, product tickets, install plans, issues forms)

5) Job Installation

Installation sign-off
Closeout delivery documents
Install issues automatically routed to Team members for resolution

6) Punch List

Final walk through and punch list created
All issues notated and recorded in electronic project folder

7) Problem Resolution

Assign action taken
Monitor status of issues (parts reorder, etc.)
