Forward Space partnered with Quarles, a prominent legal services firm, to outfit their 52,000 SF office space in Chicago. This marks the third collaboration between Forward Space and Quarles, following successful projects in multiple locations. Our role focused on procuring furniture, assisting with planning and budgeting, and overseeing the installation of private offices, staff workstations, a spacious training room, a café, conference rooms, and a community outreach gathering center.

Working closely with Stantec, the design team, Forward Space helped bring Quarles’ vision to life with a balance of quiet luxury and functional spaces. Beyond high-end furnishings, key design features include wide hallways, breathtaking views through full-height windows, and acoustic wall coverings in communal areas like the café. The office also integrates local flair with stunning artwork featuring photographs of Chicago landmarks, adding a distinct regional charm to the professional atmosphere.

Forward Space’s commitment to exceptional service and on-time delivery helped to keep the project moving smoothly, ensuring that all elements—from furniture procurement to final installation—aligned with Quarles’ high standards.
