Position: MAC (Moves, Adds and Changes) COORDINATOR


Basic Function: The purpose of this role is to manage Moves, Adds and Changes for a Forward Space client with ongoing business. They would work in conjunction with a Forward Space Account Executive. This includes managing of installers and logistics, as well coordinating administrative responsibilities such as issue resolution, conversion of orders, and request verification. This is NOT to replace a project manager on larger projects. It is intended to service clients with ongoing business and an agreement with Forward Space.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establishes overall MAC scope and manages team to ensure coordinated effort
  • Reviews site plans and product specifications
  • Creates and provides formal written communications to project team
  • Manages accurate and detailed record keeping including order detail, sign-offs, schedules
  • Work with asset management inventory to identify pull and deliver product as required
  • Assemble and obtain all necessary pricing related to the scope of work
  • Lead development of the proposal and presentation to the client
  • Interface with manufacturers/service providers to establish shipping schedules 
  • Coordinates with service provider to ensure accurate a full understanding of SOW 
  • Communicate with crews to verify on site activity, remains in touch to ensure timelines are met
  • Confirm completion of work to customers satisfaction
  • Manage final project closeout requirements including lien waivers releases, client sign-offs
  • Schedule deliveries, service calls, and installations with the customer and internal departments
  • Assure customer satisfaction through review of all order lines, completion of punch list activities and follow up on vendor credits and freight claims 

Qualifications / Skills & Abilities:

  • Minimum college degree preferred but not required.
  • Industry experience preferred (Design, construction)
  • Team player with solid communication skills
  • Detail and process oriented
  • Innovative, creative, proactive and flexible; can multi-task
  • Ability to learn building codes, product application, custom applications, and furniture products
  • Able to analyze, plan, and schedule projects
  • Able to read basic plan drawings, takeoffs, and specifications
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Possesses strong organizational skills including documentation
